A hard freeze is expected in the Austin area. Now is the time to prepare your home for the cold. Please take extra precautions to protect your pipes from the freezing temperatures.

Starting tomorrow, the water at the parks will be shut off until temperatures consistently stay above freezing. This includes the bathrooms & water fountains. As of today, our trash service is scheduled as usual for next week but be sure to watch for updates.

If you see anything of concern within the parks such as down tree limbs or other storm damage, please contact Inframark @ 512-246-0498. 

For any other storm damage that impacts the public roads or sidewalks, please contact 311 directly.
